Project Role : Performance Engineer
Project Role Description : Diagnose issues that an in-house performance testing team has been unable to. There are five aspects to Performance Engineering: software development lifecycle and architecture, performance testing and validation, capacity planning, application performance management and problem detection and resolution.
Must have skills : Dynatrace APM
Good to have skills : Splunk, Datadog

Summary: As a Performance Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic environment where you will diagnose complex issues that the in-house performance testing team has been unable to resolve. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to analyze performance metrics, validate application performance, and contribute to capacity planning efforts. You will also be responsible for ensuring that applications meet performance standards and identifying areas for improvement, all while maintaining a focus on problem detection and resolution throughout the software development lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor application performance metrics and provide actionable insights. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dynatrace APM. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Splunk, Datadog. - Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies. - Experience in capacity planning and resource allocation. - Familiarity with application performance management tools. - Ability to analyze and interpret performance data effectively. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Dynatrace APM. - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
