Overview:

As an Engineer, the job will require technical support for Hot Runner systems, temperature controllers and other Mold-Masters products. The role will be to ensure customer satisfaction through timely troubleshooting, repairs, and system commissioning at customer sites.

Role:

• Provide on-site technical support for MM Hot Runner systems, temperature controllers, and other Mold-Masters products.

• Carry out Installation & commissioning of systems at the customer's facilities to ensure optimal performance.

• Train customers in the operation and maintenance of Hot Runner controllers and systems.

• Offer technical assistance via email and phone when needed, supporting customer needs remotely.

• Prepare and submit detailed service reports.

• Record and close service cases in Salesforce, ensuring correct documentation and follow-up.

• Manage the scope of services and projects, including technical visits for service and sale of spare parts.

Basic requirements:

• In-depth knowledge of Hot runner systems and Temperature controllers.

• Interpretation of drawings.

• Knowledge of Valve gating systems, thermal gating systems, different types of gating styles.

• Proficient in Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint.

Educational qualification and experience:

• Diploma or Postgraduate from institutes like Cipet, NTTF, GTTC, etc., with hands-on experience on hot runner molds.

• Minimum of 3-4 years’ experience in hot runners.
