Are you driven by data and passionate about shaping digital strategies? Walmart is looking for candidates to join our newly formed Business Analysis & Insights team! As Sr. Manager, Business Analysis & Insights, you'll be a key contributor to the ongoing success of our eCommerce site content strategy.

You’ll make an impact by: 

  • Provide thorough data analysis to support strategic business decisions by identifying ongoing analytical needs, creating standardized reports, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to develop consistent, actionable data-driven strategies.
  • Lead the development of business performance dashboards, delivering actionable insights on site content performance, customer engagement, and conversion metrics. Ensure reporting is both insightful and tailored to business objectives.
  • Establish measurable KPIs to track site performance and identify areas of opportunity. Drive initiatives to improve the customer experience and boost overall site effectiveness.
  • Create and implement strategies to meet and exceed KPI targets, such as customer click-through rates, add-to-cart actions, and content-attributed revenue. Present performance results to senior leadership on a weekly basis.
  • Work closely with cross-functional partners and leadership teams, gaining buy-in through clear communication and effective presentations of content strategies.
  • Build interactive, automated dashboards and reports using Tableau, and provide training to business partners on their use for self-service analysis, empowering teams with the tools to perform their own data explorations.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or related field and 4 years’ experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related area. 2 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
