Customer Contact Centre in Circle K Business Centre in Riga is growing and looking for a professional who is passionate about people and would like to join our global team as: 

English Speaking Customer Consultant for Ireland

Type of employment: Permanent 
Employment type: full-time 
Location: Riga, Latvia  
Visa requirements: A valid work permit from the EU/EEA
(relocation assistance is not provided)  
 

WHAT YOU'LL DO 

• Provide professional customer service to Irish customers via phone and email;
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues and offer solutions;
• Assist with card support, account administration and order processing;
• Advise customers on station campaigns, products and services;
• Make outbound calls to customers for follow-ups and service purposes.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• Professional communication skills in English, both verbal and written;
• Experience in customer service or a related field;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks;
• Good computer skills and ability to quickly learn new digital tools and platforms;
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills;
• A positive attitude and team-oriented approach.
