What you will do:

  • Coordinates HR operational activities and may provide direction and coaching to HR Specialists, Representatives, and co-op students/interns. Leads HR operational continuous improvement projects. Provides HR analytics support relating to HR processes, systems and procedures.
  • Coordinates operational activity related to all HR talent processes.
  • Ensures HR administrative efficiency and smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Leads HR operational continuous improvement projects such as upgrades in tools/systems, administrative procedures, etc.
  • Provides HR analytical support relating to HR processes, systems, and procedures across locations, regions and/or divisions.
  • Interprets data, showing trends, implications and prepares communications for HR leaders.
  • Supports organizational change projects, in partnership with HR Operations and the HR business partner team.
  • Works in conjunction with HR business partners in the generation of HR-related communications for employees.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and implementation of HR initiatives.

  • Coordinate logistics for trainings

  • Leads Engagement initiatives, creating and executing action plans that have an impact on the company.

  • Use data storytelling to communicate HR insights, identify trends, and recommend strategic improvements and analyze HR metrics and key trends, identifying opportunities for optimization and action planning.

  • Develop and maintain tools, templates, and resources to support consistent and effective HR practices and solve complex HR challenges by designing repeatable, high-impact solutions.

  • Provide operational and analytical support, ensuring seamless execution of HR strategies.

  • Create and Contribute to the development and enhancement of HR policies, procedures, and processes.

  • Generate reports and analyze HR data to provide insights for decision-making.

  • Assist in creating and updating HR documents, presentations, and communication materials.

  • Support with recruitment process in screening, interviews and coordinating


What you need:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
  • 2 years of work experience
