Job Description

U.S. Bank is dedicated to creating a simple, modern, and fast digital experience for Investor Onboarding. To accomplish this, we are seeking a highly motivated and hands-on leader (60% hands-on development, 40% design and architecture) to drive enhancements and implement a modern investor onboarding and life-cycle solution which will provide a foundation for future strategic transformation initiatives.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Six to eight years of relevant technical experience
  • Five or more years of leading a software engineering team

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Prior experience leading digital transformational initiatives (Onboarding, Digitization, etc.)
  • Experience with onboarding platforms (e.g. Fenergo)
  • 5+ years hands on development experience with Microservices, API’s
  • 7+ years of experience building and deploying web applications
  • 6+ years hands-on development experience, full- stack preferred (.NET, Java, React, Spring Boot, Python, etc.)
  • 5+ years’ experience working with cloud platforms
  • 5+ years collaborating with the Product Team (User Experience, Product Owners, Product Managers, Stakeholders, Architecture, Agilists, etc.) to create differentiating experience
  • 4+ years managing sprint team’s backlog, ensuring it accurately reflects value and complexity.
  • Strong working knowledge of databases and SQL (SQL Server, Azure Cloud Databases, etc.)

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $129,455.00 - $152,300.00 - $167,530.00
