▪ Reception, verification and classification of goods.

▪ Collection and verification of material received

▪ Carrying out scheduled inventories and investigating possible discrepancies.

▪ Administrative tasks inherent to the position.

▪ Event managements in collaboration with Business Unit.

▪ Comply with best practices and procedures related to Stryker products.

▪ Maintenance of the quality system management following ISO 9001.

▪ Maintenance of the management of the environmental system following ISO 14001.

▪ Execute the correct segregation of waste in your Department.

▪ Monitoring compliance with good practices, procedures and current legislation with any activity related to Stryker products.

▪ Liaise with other departments to coordinate activities: Kit booking, Customer service, Franchises, TS, Tenders, Purchasing, Satellite Whs’s and RAQA

▪ Oversee the activities of WHS, respecting quality procedures and policies. Assure the respect of level of service required by internal and external customers

▪ Manage Inventory Control\Counting activities at customer site as well as in Italian Satellite warehouses, respecting procedures, policies and Sox requirements.

▪ Manage Inventory discrepancies after the counts and provide documentation of results to internal and external auditors

▪ Produce regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly or monthly basis

▪ Collaborate in Freight analisys
