Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing solutions that enhance business operations and improve efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs. - Design and develop applications using Workday Core HCM. - Configure and customize applications to meet specific business requirements. - Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure application functionality and quality. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate applications with other systems. - Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers. - Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in Workday Core HCM. - Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs in a timely manner. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core HCM. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Workday Benefits. - Strong understanding of Workday Core HCM functionalities and modules. - Experience in designing and implementing Workday Core HCM solutions. - Knowledge of Workday security and data privacy best practices. - Familiarity with Workday integration tools and techniques. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in Workday Core HCM. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Workday Core HCM. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
