As Web Analyst for Chemistry Solutions, you will take the lead in creating, organizing, and managing the product analytics and user feedback suite for Reaxys and new GenAI-enhanced chemistry tools. You will work across a complex matrix organization to ensure that product usage data is translated into meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making and product development.
You will be responsible for delivering actionable analytics using tools such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Pendo, Kibana, and Tableau, and for communicating results to product managers, sales, marketing, and senior leadership. Your work will directly support go-to-market planning, release execution, and continuous improvement of our digital chemistry solutions.
1. Lead Product Analytics & Feedback Suite
Own and manage the analytics ecosystem for Reaxys and GenAI-powered chemistry products.
Design and maintain KPIs that measure user engagement, retention, and adoption.
Collaborate with product and data teams to operationalize dashboards and track performance.
2. Deliver Strategic Insights
Provide clear, data-driven insights into customer behavior, usage patterns, and product impact.
Support A/B testing and experimentation to validate features and messaging.
Identify friction points and improvement opportunities in the user journey.
3. Support Product Lifecycle & Go-to-Market Execution
Participate in all phases of the product lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, closure, and handover.
Ensure alignment with central strategy and roadmaps.
Maintain open communication across product, technology, sales, marketing, and business partners.
4. Voice of Customer & ROI Evidence
Partner with UX, customer success, and sales to collect and structure voice-of-customer feedback.
Translate qualitative insights into quantitative impact metrics and ROI indicators.
Document proof points from early adopters and beta users.
5. Enable Cross-Functional Collaboration
Create accessible visualizations and reports for internal stakeholders.
Contribute to internal forums and business reviews with performance highlights and trends.
3+ years of experience in an analytical role
Experience with web analytics solutions e.g.: Google Analytics/Adobe Analytics/Pendo or similar tools
Hands-on experience with A/B testing and user behavior analysis.
Strong focus on improving end-user experience and satisfaction in Chemistry.
A self-starter mentality with the ability to lead initiatives independently.
Open, approachable, and collaborative personality.
Experience working with virtual and cross-functional teams.
Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken.
