Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the application development process and ensuring successful implementation. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and Advisory skills. - Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Provide solutions to business area problems. - Lead the application development team in designing, building, and configuring applications. - Act as the primary point of contact for all application-related queries and issues. - Collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of applications. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core Integrations. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Program Project Management, Workday Project Management (PM). - Strong understanding of integration principles and methodologies. - Experience in leading application development projects. - Knowledge of software development lifecycle and best practices. - Excellent communication and leadership skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 18 years of experience in Workday Core Integrations. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
