About us

At Dyson, we solve the problems others choose to ignore, with surprising new inventions that defy convention and simply work better. Our Supply Chain team is the engine that keeps Dyson running—making sure every product and part gets where it needs to be, at exactly the right time. We connect Dyson’s innovations to the world, ensuring customers receive not just technology, but delight.

About the role

Our market supply chain exists to make sure products reach customers exactly when and where they need them—right quantity, right time, right place. We balance availability, speed, and cost to deliver a seamless experience end‑to‑end.

As our Supply Chain Operations, Associate Manager, you’ll coordinate daily execution across our supply chain network, managing escalations and exceptions with both internal stakeholders and outsourced providers. You’ll lead local continuous improvement initiatives that align with market priorities and partner with Finance on budgeting, reporting, and process optimisation. You’ll be responsible for monitoring performance across inbound and last‑mile operations and ensuring our partners deliver to Dyson standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Support day‑to‑day supply chain operations, ensuring smooth execution and coordination with external providers.
  • Monitor delivery performance, manage required documentation, and escalate risks or issues quickly.
  • Collaborate with planning and sales teams to secure accurate, on‑time fulfilment.
  • Contribute to activities across transportation, warehousing, inventory control, import/export, and last‑mile delivery.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and service quality.
  • Use supply‑chain planning tools for order scheduling, tracking, and reporting.
  • Prepare and interpret performance reports to inform operational decisions.
  • Build strong, productive relationships with suppliers, internal teams, and commercial stakeholders.

About you

  • Strong capability in Supply Chain Planning and Demand Management.
  • Skilled in Master Scheduling, Inventory Management, and Capacity Planning.
  • Confident analysing data, reporting KPIs, and working with planning systems.
  • Proactive in stakeholder management, with strong commercial awareness.
  • Contributes to process improvement, problem‑solving, and risk mitigation.

Reward

At Dyson, Reward goes beyond just salary and bonuses. Through a comprehensive package of Financial, Lifestyle, and Health Benefits, we provide support tailored to every stage of life and the moments that matter most.

Working policy

Our campus culture is built on connection—collaboration in person, shared creativity, and hands-on learning. That’s why we don’t offer a regular hybrid arrangement. Working side by side powers our best ideas, fuels belonging, and keeps us pushing boundaries together.
