Production Engineering Manager
Contribute to ABB Robotics' success with technology, software, product, and system development! As ABB Robotics prepares for its journey together with SoftBank as planned new owners and with a focus on the next generation of intelligent automation and Physical AI, you will play a key role in ensuring our production validation capabilities continue to scale, innovate, and deliver world-class quality. The Production Validation Team develops hardware, software, and data solutions that ensure quality through automated validation testing of every robot produced in our factories worldwide.
The Global Team Lead for Production Validation identifies and implements innovative solutions to relevant challenges while enabling the organization to bring cutting-edge technologies to market faster and more efficiently. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and driving validation activities across our sites in Sweden, China, and the USA, ensuring alignment, transparency, and execution of key priorities within the global validation organization. The role provides technical and operational leadership to a team of validation engineers located in Västerås while maintaining a global perspective and stakeholder network.
This is a role for someone who enjoys creating structure in a complex environment, building strong relationships across functions, and driving continuous improvements. You will lead a team of highly skilled specialists while acting as a trusted partner to Production, R&D, Project Management, and Leadership teams. We are looking for a leader who can provide confidence, clear direction, and technical credibility while fostering collaboration across a global organization.
