This is a remote position, so you’ll be working remotely from your home. You may occasionally visit a GoDaddy office to meet with your team for events or meetings.

GoDaddy are seeking a data-driven Sales Operations and Lead Optimisation Manager, who is capable of optimising our sales processes and help drive revenue growth. This role, handles our digital lead generation and inbound lean lead management, and funnel optimisation to analyse and optimize metrics, improve sales efficiency, lead compensation and incentive structures, and improve lead flow and conversion rates and outcomes.

Collaborating closely with our sales and GTM teams, providing actionable insights and driving continuous improvement across our sales funnel. Your expertise in digital lead generation and inbound lead management will be critical to ensuring the quality and quantity of leads are driving measurable business outcomes.

What you'll get to do...

  • Build, maintain and analyze Salesforce reports, dashboards, and critical metrics to provide transparency into sales performance, pipeline health, and lead flow. Identify areas for improvement
  • Handle digital lead generation campaigns and inbound leads to ensure accurate routing, SLA adherence, and increase conversion rates. Analyze performance of lead sources and make optimization recommendations
  • Lead all aspects of the sales funnel, conduct bottleneck analysis, and identify areas to improve conversion rates at each stage. Provide feedback to marketing on lead quality
  • Partner with sales leadership on accurate pipeline reporting and forecasting. Track progress to goals and adjust strategies as needed
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and GTM teams to align on processes and strategies to hit revenue goals
  • Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to sales tools, workflows, and processes to increase efficiency

Your experience should include...

  • 5+ years experience in digital lead generation and inbound lead management, with a proven record of optimising lead sources for performance
  • Expertise in Salesforce, including building reports, leading pipeline reporting, and tracking sales metrics
  • Experience leading and optimizing sales funnels, with the ability to identify and address performance bottlenecks
  • Ability to provide and present actionable insights from sophisticated data sets
  • Experience working cross-functionally and providing recommendations to sales, marketing, and GTM teams
