What You Will Do

  • The candidate shall provide support for the Board’s ICAM Unit that includes, but is not limited to, the following tasks:

  • Accept and resolve tier 1, 2, and 3 tickets assigned to the ICAM Unit.

  • Provide day-to-day operational support for tools that interact with Active Directory, Azure AD, and Okta.

What You Will Need

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Minimum of One (1) year experience with strong hands-on provisioning accounts for Active Directory and/or Entra.

  • Understanding and experience with applying permissions to various resources, such as file directories, folders, and servers.

  • Experience with the onboarding and offboarding of users within an organization.

  • Knowledge of various types of accounts, both human and machine-related.

  • A track record of proactively addressing user issues, updating tickets, and providing the highest level of customer service.

What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Certifications: GIAC Certified Incident Handler (GCIH), GIAC Security Essentials (GSEC), and/or CompTIA Security+
