As our Inventory Control Clerk lll, you will be tasked to oversee the shipping and receiving activities within our distribution and manufacturing facility. Additionally, you will manage inventory through monthly cycle counting procedures while researching stock and reconciling perpetual variances.

Position-Related Task and Key Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate cycle counts for both raw materials and finished goods.
  • Implement the use of analytical tools and reports (e.g., inventory models, and forecasting models) in order to manage supply needs.
  • Coordinate and correct all inventory-based issues throughout the production plant and warehouse. 
  • Maintain and update all departmental areas on general communications and internal/external stakeholder inquiries in order to facilitate accurate inventory transactions and reporting. 
  • Provide support to other functional areas to include, shipping/receiving, manufacturing, and processing of expired or damaged materials.
  • Operate forklift to move freight into and out of the warehouse.
  • Build and maintain key relationships with management, warehouse personnel, customer service, and other internal customers.
  • Exercise strong computer and analytical skills in order to effectively resolve and reconcile inventory differences.
  • Follow all Goods Manufacturing Processes (GMP), safety procedures and rules of conduct.
  • Adhere to all company policies and position-related guidelines.
  • Possess the ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Perform all position related functions as required.

Education and Qualifications 

  • High School, General Education Diploma, Bachelors Degree or related work experience
  • Minimum 3 years prior experience in a distribution center inventory control role.
  • Possess and exhibit strong communication skills with the ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English.
  • Must be able to move at least 50 lbs. and work in extreme temperatures.

Pay Range:

$65,000 - $72,508

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
