Primary responsibility is to implement cash management deals, providing customers with consultation throughout the life cycle of the project

Work with different stakeholders (customers, vendors and internal partners such as Sales, ARMs, Products, etc...) to ensure that cash management products and services are delivered in a coordinated and timely manner in meeting customers objectives and to ensure realize revenue; subject matter experts for documentation, file integration, system entitlements, etc… as required for each specific deal;

Provide client support ensuring client expectations are managed and satisfied during implementation and post implementation stage. Identify opportunities for process improvements and work with internal stakeholders (e.g. product & channel) to implement process/system enhancements;

Educate and train internal (e.g. CSOM, ARMs, etc…) and external stakeholders (i.e. customers) on product capabilities;

Attend and present at sales calls/client meetings with the sales team/branches when required;

Understand key clients' business and deliver periodic service reviews to identify solutions on client issues, and enhance client experience in partnership with Sales, Product and Channels and Operations

Bachelor's Degree holder

5 to 7 years relevant experience in banking or customer engagement related experience.

Experience in dealing with projects and cash management products will be an added advantage.

Demonstrated strong oral and written communication skills with individuals at all organizational levels
