What you’ll do

As a Customer Service Representative, you will act as a key point of contact for customers, handling both advisory and commercial inquiries in a proactive and responsive manner. You will manage the full order lifecycle, from intake to delivery, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and a high level of service. You will support customers by answering questions, resolving issues, and addressing complaints, while maintaining strong relationships and ensuring continuity of business. Working within a structured, process-driven environment, you will coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and up-to-date data management. Through your day-to-day interactions, you will directly contribute to customer satisfaction and achievement of commercial objectives.

Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for a customer-focused professional with 2–4 years of experience who is comfortable handling a high volume of requests in a structured environment. You bring strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage semi-routine activities using established processes and guidelines. You are organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize effectively based on incoming requests. You thrive in a collaborative environment, take ownership of your tasks, and are confident handling straightforward customer issues while knowing when to escalate more complex situations. A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently within defined routines will set you up for success in this role.

You’ll also need

  • 2–4 years of relevant customer service or order management experience
  • Strong communication and customer relationship skills q
  • Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize effectively
  • Experience working with structured processes, systems, and standard procedures
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order processing
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve standard customer issues
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, transactional environment
  • Basic knowledge of sales support and order coordination processes
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across functions
