As a Manager Risk and Control Enablement, you will join our Financial Crime Services Technology Risk team and assist in supporting technology change initiatives across CBA Group in identifying, assessing and managing the risk being introduced as a result of the change.

Reporting to the Senior Manager Risk and Control Enablement, you will be part of a dynamic and exciting team, supporting key projects within a major programs that have been stood up within ES. The role is required to act with independence and must have the ability to influence stakeholders
On any given day you will be:
Ensuring the implementation of the Risk in Change Standard and Procedure within Chief Operations Office and for technology change and operations change impacting other Business Units.
Performing , facilitating and supporting Technology Risk assessments/workshops and provide robust challenge where required
Responsible for the design and implementation / support the business to design and implement controls to enable better risk and compliance outcomes
Identifying, initiating and managing actions to mitigate risks and to strengthen controls, including issues identified through audits and other external processes
Responsible for data quality in/maintain various databases and monthly management reporting
Ensuring the correct risk and controls overlay the end to end process mapping and documentation management to support the control process

We’re interested in hearing from people who have:
Knowledge of Cloud Technology and Risk in Change would be advantageous
Experienced in performing project risk end to end, from concept all the way to embedment
Experienced in completing technology risk assessment over complex IT solutions
Controls design experience
Facilitation skills
Experience working in a Technology Risk role in banking or financial services
Knowledgeable in financial crimes compliance regulations, as well as APRA and AUSTRAC requirements
Sound understanding of APRA Standards, cloud computing, privacy review, supplier governance, information security management.
Influencing and consulting skills, the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
Ability to analyse/identify risks and opportunities and recommend appropriate actions
