Summary:
Skilled QA professional with strong expertise in defect triaging, functional testing, log analysis, and delivering structured defect reports to stakeholders.
Proficient in Android technologies, SDLC processes, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies, with hands-on experience in tools like JIRA and Rally.
Demonstrates excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team collaboration capabilities, with added strengths in multi-vendor environments and issue resolution.

Roles & Responsibilities:
-Expert knowledge in defect triaging – setting priority, identifying severity, and assigning to relevant teams
-Experience in log analysis using tools like DLT Viewer
-Expertise in functional test planning
Hands-on usage of JIRA, Rally, or other test/defect management tools
Providing regular defect reports to stakeholders, including clients and Product Owners

Professional & Technical Skills:
-Technical background in Android or similar technologies
-Knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) including CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins/Gerrit
-Expert knowledge of the Defect/Bug Lifecycle
-Hands-on experience working in Agile mode


Good to have:
-understanding of Android System Architecture,
-to be able to do a Level 2/3 analysis as well.

Soft Skills:
-Communication, attention to details, proactivity, transparency, adaptability, focus on quality etc
-Good Communication with stakeholders, different teams POs and good sync with development teams
-Good Team handling
-Worked with multi-vendor teams is a plus
-Attending and setting up meetings with PO's & developers to clarify & resolve impediments.
-Conflict resolution

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 plus years of experience
- Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or similar
