Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the initiative to design, develop, and configure software applications tailored to specific requirements. This role serves as the main liaison for project stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and coordination throughout the development lifecycle. The position demands a proactive approach to managing tasks, collaborating with various teams, and overseeing the implementation of solutions that meet business needs. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality applications are central to daily activities, alongside continuous engagement with evolving project goals and timelines.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for application development.
- Ensure timely delivery of project milestones while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth within the project.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing applications to enhance performance and user experience.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Amazon Connect.
- Strong knowledge of cloud-based contact center solutions and their integration with enterprise systems.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable software applications using modern development practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to application configuration and deployment.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering innovative and practical solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Amazon Connect.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
