The Opportunity
This position is responsible for leading Integrated Business Planning (IBP) within commercial processes to ensure alignment between strategic, tactical, and operational plans. The role will drive cross-functional collaboration, integrate financial and operational planning, and provide a single version of the truth for decision-making. By balancing demand and supply, supporting scenario planning, and monitoring performance against KPIs, this individual will enable a timely, targeted, and comprehensive approach to commercial execution. Working closely with the Commercial Excellence Manager, the position will streamline processes critical to promotions and business initiatives, fostering accountability and continuous improvement across the organization.
What You’ll Do
Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Management.
Align Strategic, Tactical, and Operational Plans
Ensure that long-term strategy, mid-term plans, and short-term execution are fully integrated and consistent.
Enable Cross-Functional Collaboration
Facilitate communication and decision-making across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations.
Provide a Single Version of the Truth
Consolidate data from multiple sources into one unified plan for transparency and accuracy.
Balance Demand and Supply
Match customer demand with available supply capacity while considering financial and operational constraints.
Integrate Financial Planning
Link operational plans with financial targets to ensure profitability and cash flow alignment.
Support Scenario Planning and Risk Management
Evaluate alternative scenarios and prepare mitigation strategies for potential risks.
Drive Accountability and Performance Monitoring
Assign clear ownership for actions and track progress against agreed KPIs.
Enable Continuous Improvement
Use insights from performance reviews to refine processes and improve future planning cycles.
