THE ROLE
We are looking for Supervisors to join our team. As a Supervisor, you will supervise all services for the assigned area to ensure a high-level of guest satisfaction. Ensuring all state, local, and company policies are followed, while supporting their team. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Coordinates with kitchen staff and other functional areas on the timing and production of service.
Ensures the service requirements of each stand are fulfilled.
Effectively manages the staff to ensure all staff are properly trained before events.
Manage inventories, order supplies, and receive orders.
Accounts for and reconcile point-of-sale systems and revenues.
Conducts pre-shift meetings with assigned staff to reinforce training, provides updates on procedures and practices, and receives feedback from service personnel.
Supervise staff to ensure all team members are following laws and regulations, including following transaction policies and checking IDs for every guest.
Ensures staff follows proper uniform policy.
Practice safe work habits and complete company and venue safety and general compliance training.
Maintain a pleasant and collaborative attitude towards customers, co-workers, and management.
Adheres to the Legends Global and venue company policies.
Complete other duties as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS

Ability to attain the required alcohol and food safety certifications prior to working events.
Available to work non-traditional hours (Nights, Weekends & Holidays).
All applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
Dedicated to delivering excellent customer service and hospitality.
Strong attention to detail.
Able to demonstrate flexibility and quickly adapt to changes.
Ability to be self-motivated and work independently and work well as a team player.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to lift/move/maneuver up to 50 lbs.
COMPENSATION
Competitive salary starting at $20/hour commensurate with experience.
