Responsibilities

Individual Responsibilities:

  • Proactively collaborates with internal teams/departments to promote a culture of inclusiveness and cooperation
  • Responsible to live and drive Stryker’s five success factors: Quality First, Customer Experience, Innovation, People Development, and Financial Results

Functional Responsibilities:

  • Support Continuous Improvement initiatives, projects and activities based on changing priorities
  • Assist with data optimization activities and updates to support operational efficiency, such as open sales order reviews and shipments forecasting
  • Run reports and prepare analysis for the team, upon request.
  • Identify process improvements and implement solutions with the team
  • Provide support to other positions within Operations, as required
  • Other duties assigned by manager

Knowledge & Skill Requirements

  • Excellent Excel skills and experience manipulating and analyzing data.
  • Experience creating data visualizations using PowerBI is an asset.
  • Experience with Microsoft 360 (Sharepoint, MS Teams, MS Office, Power Platform: PowerBI, PowerApps) is an asset
  • High-energy, high urgency, with a passion for winning.
  • Highly service-oriented, with a continuous commitment to enhancing the customer experience
  • Eagerness to learn and take on new tasks
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Effective planning and organizational skills; must be able to prioritize work
  • Must be extremely detail-oriented

Education & Qualifications

  • College diploma or university degree in progress
  •  Experience in Process Improvement is an asset

Travel Percentage: 10%
