You will lead and improve packaging operations that ensure products reach patients safely and on time. You will work closely with production, quality, engineering and planning teams to keep packaging running smoothly.   • Plan, coordinate and supervise daily packaging activities to meet schedules and quality standards.

  • Coach and develop the packaging team; set clear expectations and provide regular feedback.

  • Monitor safety, quality and housekeeping; lead investigations and ensure corrective actions close.

  • Maintain and review packaging documentation, batch records and system postings accurately.

  • Work with planners and engineering to manage materials flow, equipment availability and capacity.

  • Lead small improvement projects to increase efficiency, reduce waste and improve key metrics.

Basic Qualification
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in packaging or production operations in a regulated industry.

  • Experience supervising or leading teams on the shop floor.

  • Working knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and quality systems.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with experience in root cause analysis and CAPA.

  • This role is on-site at our Pakistan facility.


Preferred Qualification

  • Pharm-D, B-Pharm, or equivalent technical qualification.

  • Experience with SAP or other manufacturing execution/inventory systems.

  • Training or experience in operational excellence, Lean, or Six Sigma methods.

  • Experience managing warehouse interfaces, material handling or logistics.

  • Familiarity with EHS risk assessments and safety program implementation.

  • Strong communication skills for cross-functional work and stakeholder engagement.
