• Soutien à l'agent général dans ses tâches de gestion et de suivi
• Gestion partagée du secrétariat, de l'agenda et des courriels
• Accueil téléphonique et physique des clients et visiteurs de l'agence
• Suivi et traitement des cas, ainsi que de la correspondance courante
• Gestion des outils de suivi de la clientèle et des archives
• Soutien technique dans l'organisation d'événements avec la clientèle

Vos points forts

• Employée de commerce ou expérience confirmée
• Langue maternelle française, avec des très bonnes connaissances de l'allemand
• Maîtrise des outils informatiques usuels et ouvertes aux outils de l'entreprise
• Sens de la diplomatie et du contact avec l'équipe et les clients
• Dynamisme, discrétion, ouverture et flexibilité
