Job Responsibilities:
Überwachung des Leitstands der Lackieranlage
Erfassung und Analyse von Störungen sowie Auswertung der Anlagenverfügbarkeit
Begleitung und Bewertung vollautomatischer Lackierprozesse
Ursachenanalyse und Problemlösung bei Lackierfehlern
Durchführung von Nassbildkontrollen
Wartung und Betreuung der Applikationstechnik
Optimierung von Applikationsparametern bei Qualitätsabweichungen
Betreuung von Abmusterungen und Durchführung von Chargenfreigaben
Stellvertretende Betreuung des Bereichs Lackvorbereitung
Deine bevorzugten Qualifikationen
Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung, in den Bereichen:
praktische Erfahrung in der Industrielackierung und Grundlagenkenntnisse der gängigen Applikationstechnik
Du verfügst über eine gute Team-, Organisations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
Intensive Einarbeitung durch einen persönlichen Paten
Ausbildungs- und Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten
Regelmäßige Mitarbeiter- und Teamevents für unseren Teamspirit
