At Nike, you’ll shape the future of Sportswear - connecting with consumers across EMEA through culture, creativity, and innovation at the intersection of sport and style.
As Director, Brand Marketing, Nike Sportswear (NSW), you’ll lead a dedicated team whilst collaborating with senior leaders and colleagues across brand, digital, and marketplace marketing—including Nike Direct and Partner marketing—engaging with a diverse group throughout the EMEA region and globally. You’ll partner closely with key marketing functions such as energy, integrated media, communications, brand creative, and sports marketing to ensure alignment and impact across every initiative.
You’ll also work with cross‑functional stakeholders in merchandising, sales, demand planning, finance, strategy, and product, while partnering directly with the EMEA VP GM NSW as a key stakeholder.
Your leadership style will adapt to varied daily challenges as you manage five direct reports at different experience levels. You’ll foster collaboration, encourage innovative thinking, drive ideas forward, and leverage diverse expertise to deliver strategic solutions for a rapidly evolving consumer landscape.
In this role, you’ll report to the EMEA NSW Marketing Senior Director, advising on strategic decisions and influencing processes to ensure plans are executed at the highest standards.

As the EMEA NSW Marketing Director, you’ll amplify the vision for our NSW consumer across M/W/K and architect the brand plan to best connect with that consumer in the EMEA context, driving cross-functional excellence in an end-to-end seasonal offense to bring the vision to life.
