Job Description

* Panel Management Proposal - With market intelligence,  experience, Buyer should propose best suppliers ( Global / Local ) to add in Renault Supplier Panel for Marketing, PR communication, Event management, Call centrer, Road side assistance, etc 

* Sourcing Process - Release Request for Quotation or Request for Information (RFQ/ RFI ) package and receive quotation from all the candidate suppliers.

Review Technical proposal along with Internal stake holders and analysis of the quotation using analytical tool and negotiation with suppliers. Present / support LSPM to present the best QCDDM supplier to the Renault sourcing  committee. Get necessary signed documents from supplier (Contract Commitment Document, Warranty agreement …,) Release Letter of Intent to the selected supplier.

* Price Management - Manage the Purchase Order / Purchase Order Amendments in Purchase IT system (SAP based customized system)

* Negotiation - Participate in Cost reduction plan and animate Generations of ideas with the suppliers and the partner departments
