Summary: As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, your typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or Software as a Service applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. You will utilize standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while maintaining compatibility and performance. Your role will require you to engage with various stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into effective solutions, ensuring that the applications function optimally and meet user expectations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement effective solutions. - Conduct regular system checks and updates to ensure optimal performance and stability. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components. - Experience with Salesforce APIs and integration techniques. - Strong understanding of low-code development platforms. - Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues efficiently. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
