Job Description: 
As a Field Sales Engineer, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by leveraging your technical expertise to develop new OEM/VAR partnerships and expand existing accounts. You will work directly with customers to understand their technical challenges, offer tailored product solutions, and ensure successful product integration. Your ability to bridge technical consultation and sales strategy will be critical to your success in expanding market presence and building long-term customer relationships. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Prospect and develop new eco-system partners and expand existing accounts to increase market share and revenue. 

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with partners, delivering customized technical solutions to meet their needs. 

  • Use your in-depth technical product knowledge to provide detailed product demonstrations and consultations. 

  • Tailor solutions to meet specific customer requirements, ensuring seamless product integration and application. 

  • Analyze competitive products and market trends to position the company’s offerings effectively. 

  • Collaborate with sales teams to refine strategies for expanding accounts and delivering value to customers. 

Skills You Will Need to Be Successful: 

  • In-depth technical product knowledge and the ability to effectively communicate product benefits to customers. 

  • Strong solution-selling capabilities, tailoring technical offerings to meet specific customer challenges. 

  • Proficiency in providing technical consultation on product integration and application. 

  • Ability to analyze market trends and competitor offerings to position products effectively. 

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging technical and non-technical audiences. 

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Master’s Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred 

  • 2+ years of experience in field sales, technical sales, or a customer-facing engineering role. 

  • Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with eco-system partners and customers.

The wage range for a new hire into this position is $90,160 to $123,970.
  • Actual wage offered may vary depending on geography, experience, education, training, external market data, internal equity, or other bona fide factors.

  • This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.
