The Senior Manager, Employee Communications and Engagement plays a key role in shaping how Klaviyo connects employees to our mission, priorities, and the impact we create for our customers.
This role sits within the broader Communications, Workplace and Experiences team, working cross-functionally to help ensure employees understand where the company is headed, how their work contributes to our success, and the difference Klaviyo makes for our customers.
The Senior Manager drives the strategy behind internal storytelling and employee engagement campaigns that bring company priorities, cultural initiatives, and People and Places programs to life. Through thoughtful communications and engaging employee experiences, this role helps strengthen alignment, build connection, and reinforce the culture that makes Klaviyo unique.
We’re looking for someone who approaches internal communications like a builder. Someone who cares deeply about craft, isn’t afraid to experiment with new formats or ideas, and thrives in a fast moving environment where clarity, creativity, and ownership matter.
This is a senior individual contributor role that blends strategic thinking with creative storytelling, modern communication approaches, and strong cross functional partnership.
Lead the development of internal campaigns and communication strategies that help employees understand company priorities and how their work contributes to Klaviyo’s success.
Develop communication approaches that support leadership messaging, organizational change, and key company moments.
Lead the evolution of internal communication channels and storytelling formats to increase engagement and clarity.
Advise leaders and partners on communication strategy, narrative framing, and the most effective ways to reach and engage employees.

Our salary range reflects the cost of labor across various U.S. geographic markets. The range displayed below reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all our US locations. The base salary offered for this position is determined by several factors, including the applicant’s job-related skills, relevant experience, education or training, and work location.
In addition to base salary, our total compensation package may include participation in the company’s annual cash bonus plan, variable compensation (OTE) for sales and customer success roles, equity, sign-on payments, and a comprehensive range of health, welfare, and wellbeing benefits based on eligibility.
