We are looking for a Global Project Lead, based in China.

Job Summary:
In this position, you are responsible for overseeing and guiding a cross functional team of technical professionals to ensure the successful execution of end to end customer projects initiated by regional Business development managers and market managers. This is a global role and may require substantial international travel.

Key responsibilities:

In this global role, the Project Lead ensures seamless project delivery while upholding technical excellence, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
 

End-to-End Project Leadership

• Plan, monitor, and manage full project lifecycles from initiation through execution.
• Lead or coordinate project planning, resource allocation, staffing, supply and subcontract management, progress reporting, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, meet specifications, and remain within budgeted costs.
• Take responsibility for delivering defined project objectives and outcomes.
   

Operational & Stakeholder Management

• Monitor project performance and recommend schedule changes, cost adjustments, or additional resources when required.
• Ensure efficient utilization of technical and administrative resources across project phases.
   

Collaboration & Customer Engagement

• Work closely with regional managers, senior project lead, and I-HUB development engineers to implement tailored end‑to‑end solutions on customer sites.
• Collaborate with local I‑HUB managers and the business development team to ensure smooth and efficient execution at customer locations.
• Serve as a strong technical liaison between customers and I-HUB engineering team to ensure clarity, quality, and alignment of deliverables.

Qualification and Experience:

• University degree or similar higher education, and/or relevant industry experience for the position

• 8+ years of business/account management including project management experience
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications
• Proficiency in English is essential
