Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Remote Finance Coordinator to join our team. This role involves monitoring purchase order requests, processing invoices, and utilizing TIA packages to ensure smooth financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of finance processes and excellent organizational skills. This candidate must be located in Central Time Zone.

Work Hours: 8am-5pm

Schedule: M-F

Location: Remote ( MUST be in Central Time Zone)

Job responsibilities

· Create and monitor purchase order requests and changes

· Review and process invoices

· Reconcile ledgers and accounts

· May help to prepare for annual audits

· Be able to contribute to bi-weekly and monthly budget meetings

· Update internal records and maintain an organized file system

· Have a solid understanding of progressive payment applications and Tenant Improvement Allowance (TIA) packages

· Uphold the highest standards of compliance and confidentiality

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field is preferred

· 3–5 years of experience in a similar financial role

· Solid understanding of corporate finance and data analysis

· Coupa payment system and Microsoft 365 proficiency

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

· Good organizational and time management skills

· An aptitude for critical thinking and problem solving

Work Environment

  • Small-to-large office environment.

  • Fast paced work environment.

  • The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

  • Exposed to a combination of normal office type environments and shop environments.

  • Regularly exposed to dust, odors, oil, fumes, cleaning products and noise.

Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
