The Activation Product Team is a critical component of our Media OS Product Organization at IQVIA Digital. In this role, you will collaborate with engineers, client services, and sales teams to design and deliver cross-channel media buying and analytics solutions tailored for healthcare marketers.

This position offers the unique opportunity to contribute to the development of a standalone SaaS product, while also leading integrations with third-party marketing services. As part of a dynamic and rapidly growing team managing a portfolio that drives nine-figure marketing investments, you will play a key role in shaping the future of healthcare marketing technology.

Essential Functions:

  • Owns and drives the vision and roadmap for software platform supporting healthcare marketers, ensuring alignment with business goals and growth opportunities.
  • Supports product strategy by staying current with healthcare marketing trends, compliance regulations, and understanding evolving customer needs in healthcare marketing
  • Monitors key success metrics and performs data-driven analysis to derive actionable insights, ensuring the media buying functionality drives value for users and aligns with partner team objectives.
  • Translates high-level product roadmap features into detailed requirements, including user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria specifically tailored for marketing operations in healthcare.
  • Collaborates closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and other key stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality execution of software development projects
  • Acts as a product expert, providing creative ad-hoc solutions for unique use cases in the healthcare marketing space and facilitating support for troubleshooting user issues.
  • Monitors and evaluates product progress, gathering internal and external feedback to make recommendations for continuous improvement, particularly for campaign creation, media channel integrations, and related features.
  • Works with cross-functional teams to mitigate risks and resolve blockers, ensuring successful completion of sprint and release goals.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in product ownership, with a focus on ad tech or healthcare marketing software preferred.
  • Familiarity with healthcare marketing ecosystem
  • Experience with ad tech tools, programmatic buying platforms, and media analytics is beneficial.
  • Strong ability to translate business needs into detailed product requirements for engineering teams.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $105,200.00 - $175,400.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
