We are seeking an experienced Global Property and Facilities Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of our global real estate, from acquisition and fit-out to daily operations. This role focuses on ensuring regulatory compliance, cost management, and optimizing facilities operations across multiple locations worldwide.
This Role will report to the Head of Sourcing and Real Estate and operate within the Global Operations and Delivery function within FNZ.
The Sourcing and Real Estate function has primary responsibility for sourcing strategy throughout the FNZ Group, globally, including the ongoing management of third-party relationships and collection of due diligence annually. This also includes the management and oversight of our extensive property portfolio.
Role Responsibilities:
- Property Portfolio Management:
- Manage property acquisitions, leasing, fit-out, setup, and day-to-day operations across global locations.
- Lead negotiations and ensure compliance with local and international real estate laws.
- Cost Management & Process Optimization:
- Oversee budgets and streamline property-related costs and processes globally.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities, centralize vendor management, and ensure financial efficiency.
- Facility Operations:
- Ensure smooth daily operations of all facilities, including maintenance, security, cleaning, and space management.
- Develop and enforce health, safety, and environmental compliance.
- Space Planning & Optimization:
- Optimize office layouts, support remote/hybrid work strategies, and plan for future space needs.
- Vendor & Supplier Management:
- Manage contracts, negotiate with vendors, and centralize procurement to drive cost savings and service quality
Performance Assessment:
- Effective Communication and Reporting: Ensure that information is communicated effectively to necessary parties and in a timely manner for purpose of rapid resolution.
- Procedures: Contribute to and maintain relevant and robust documented procedures.
- Continuous improvement: Continually assess the processes and controls and introduce improvements or efficiencies.
- Other Tasks: To undertake any other projects/ tasks as may reasonably be required to facilitate the smooth operation of the company.
