Job Summary:

Provides system administration support for Real-Estate platforms, to include but not limited to:  ResWare, Rynoh, Softpro, Qualia, SnapClose, TrackerPro, Title Express, Qualia, RamQuest, Power Automate, Power Apps, and PowerBI.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Lead Architect and Product Owner with architecture of platforms
  • Responsible for change management of Real-Estate platforms
  • Responsible for Real-Estate technical systems administration, installation, configuration, application administration, workflow administration, including security, web functionality, and alert functionality
  • Design, develop and produce business and financial reports using report writing tools
  • Tier 3 Support:  assist users with escalated client/desktop support issues, backend server and database issues
  • Assist with development instructional material
  • Manage upgrade of platforms, configure new capabilities and rollout changes
  • Integrate other ERP\LOB systems into the various Real-estate technology platforms

Requirements:

  • Experience writing SQL queries\scripts
  • Experience installing and configuring LOB Microsoft Windows based client/server applications.
  • Experience integrating LOB systems via API, Service Accounts, etc.
  • Excellent understanding of financial business processes within a Title Agency
  • Self-directed and highly motivated, with the decisiveness and flexibility necessary to operate successfully in a changing, rapid-growth, hands-on environment
  • Strong communication skills providing the ability to communicate well, both oral and written, across the organization
  • Ability to recognize and solve business problems by applying appropriate use of logic to quickly isolate the trends or problems
  • Knowledge of Azure environments is preferred
  • Knowledge of SOX and/or SOC2 guidelines (preferred but not required)

Education/Experience:

  •  Bachelor’s degree in IT, Real-Estate, related field and/or experience
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience with Real-Estate Title system administration
