About the Role  

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to lead and oversee digital and social media campaigns in our dynamic advertising agency. This role requires someone who can manage timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams while ensuring seamless execution of digital projects across multiple platforms.

What You’ll Do 

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of digital and social media campaigns, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.

  • Act as the central point of communication between internal teams (creative, strategy, media, and account management) and external stakeholders.

  • Manage project timelines, workflows, and deliverables, coordinating closely with the creative and social media teams.

  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement contingency plans to ensure smooth execution.

  • Ensure alignment between client objectives, campaign strategies, and execution.

  • Collaborate with media teams to ensure campaign assets are delivered and launched according to plan.

  • Track and report project performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

  • Facilitate client meetings, status updates, and post-campaign debriefs.

  • Stay updated on digital trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in social media marketing.

What You’ll Need 

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content production workflows.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with a strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across teams and clients.

  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com) and familiarity with social media analytics tools.

  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
