What You Will Do:

The primary responsibility of the Customer Care Representative is to sustain and expand sales within an assigned customer base and geographical area. The representative will formulate and implement a customer-centric strategy aimed at enhancing the retention of preventative maintenance contracts, increasing revenue per customer, and ensuring elevated levels of customer satisfaction.

How You Will Do It:

  • Adhere to the existing Johnson Controls policies, procedures, products, programs, and services.
  • Manage all retention activities within an assigned service agreement customer base.
  • Responsible for retention, customer satisfaction, and growth within the customer base.
  • Achieve increased sales against assigned quotas.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the assigned customer base, fostering a positive, ongoing relationship with customers and acquiring in-depth knowledge of each account (e.g., key decision makers, equipment, service contracts, history, etc.).
  • Collaborate with district operations to enhance service delivery.
  • Identify customer needs and devise sales strategies to achieve those objectives.
  • Report progress and metrics to operational and corporate teams on a weekly and monthly basis.

What We Look For:

Required

  • High School Diploma

Preferred

  • BA, BS, or similar degree highly preferred
  • 2+ years of sales and/or customer service experience in a similar product, service, or industry
  • Highly motivated and driven to succeed
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to quickly identify opportunities
  • High level of self-discipline
  • Independent and innovative thinker
  • Ability to sell intangible services.
