JOB DESCRIPTION
Main Responsibilities: (หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ)
- Plans, organizes and directs the manufacturing operation to ensure the most effective return on assets and obtainment of production schedules and overall business objectives.
- Plans general plant activities and coordinates all Plant Departmental activities toward the efficient execution of assigned tasks.
- Sets specific objectives for all staff personnel necessary to direct the staff to the highest possible degree of overall plant efficiency.
- Motivates staff personnel through direct supervision to realize maximum potential and attain high level performance
- Conducts weekly and monthly meetings of staff personnel to evaluate levels of plant performance and directs changes in methods, planning, processing, and maintenance, as may be required to meet or exceed forecasts and control cost of manufacturer.
- Consults with members of staff regarding specific and individual progress toward assigned objectives..
- Serve as Champion of Adient Manufacturing Systems (AMS) within the facility.
- Establishes and ensures achievement of all Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) while ensuring continuous improvement for all areas.
- Participating in the business planning and budget process by developing short and long-term cost containment/reduction strategies.
- Assure that the plant is managed following BOS, IATF-16949, ISO-14001 & OSHAS 18001 requirements
- Comply with Layered Process Audits per the schedule produced by the BOS Coordinator.
- Comply with all BOS, IATF-16949 and Customer Specific requirements. Reference to ADIENT BOS Responsibilities Matrix for all requirements related to this job title.
- Ensures that legal requirements are identified and achieved.
- Participates in establishing policy, objectives and targets for the Health, Safety and Environment program, such as exceeding regulatory and other requirements.
- Participates in the Health, Safety and Environmental programs by following all policies, procedures and work instructions that may include safety rules, safety observation audits, regulatory compliance, environmental awareness and audits, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure continuous improvement activities are planned, implemented, measured, reported and reviewed in Plant Area.

- Communicating to keep update the safety finding often about safety, injury prevention the objective and target achievement.
- Support & assisting in Safety activity and initiative: AMS , Safety plan tour,
- Lesson learnt implementation, HSE training, Suggestion, near miss report, safety week, wear proper PPE.
- Risk Assessments on activities within their department ensuring that the methods and systems of work are safe. Also that the necessary procedures, rules and regulations designed to achieve this are formulated, published and applied.
Qualifications (Education, Skills, and Experiences)
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or manufacturing, management and/or business.
- High-level leadership 5+ years of experience, with minimum of 10 years experience in manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of financial reporting (income statements/balance sheets, CCAIF)
- People, Process oriented
- Able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization (up, down, peers)
- Demonstrate the right attitude aligned with Company Values
- Ability to team work with others either as the leader or with peers
- Good Decision Maker
- Proficient English skills (Speak, Write, Read)
