Euronext Securities is looking for a motivated graduate to join our Sales Issuance and Issuers Services team as an intern.

Key responsabilities

The main responsibilities involve supporting the Issuance and Issuers Services Sales team in achieving Euronext Securities’ strategic objectives and strengthening its position as leading position as CSD of reference in Europe. Support to the team may include, but doesn’t limit to:

• Monitor and follow up on leads related to Euronext Securities' Issuer Service offering, such as Register and General Meetings services 
• Provide commercial support to non-standard corporate actions
• Assist the commercial activity related to the promotion of non-standard issuances in Euronext Securities (iv) support on specific matters related and strategic initiatives
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, ensuring client satisfaction by overseeing the successful delivery of services or products. Communicate proactively to address and resolve any potential issues.
• Prepare and send commercial proposals accurately, create presentations, and ensure the CRM (Microsoft 365) is regularly updated with all activities and commercial opportunities, keeping track of the meetings attended, the related meeting minutes and the contact information for clients in CRM
• Support Euronext Securities marketing strategy aligned with company’s goals and objectives  ( contribution to events organization, articles, LinkedIn post, brochures, etc…)

Your profile

The ideal candidate has: 

• Degree in Economics or Finance 
• Good level of written and spoken English (any additional language is a plus)
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team. 
• Excellent Analytical and organizational skills, attention to details
• Excellent knowledge of MS applications
• Support the use of CRM (customer relationship management) tool 

Ability to perform under pressure and to meet tight deadlines
