About the Role
-[담당 업무]
1. Product Development
- Conduct market research and propose & articulate relevant product strategy
- Research competitor's products and background of customer needs to identify innovative ideas
- Develop a product concept and positioning both in the market and in our product portfolio
- Drive timely launch of the product by cooperating with team members
- Work with cross-functional teams and AIA group office to develop new products
- Establish appropriate pricing for new products based on actuarial analyses and market research
- Communicate complex actuarial concepts and results to non-actuarial stakeholders within the company, including senior management, sales teams, and operations
2. Product Management
- Oversee the ongoing performance of existing products and make recommendations for changes or updates as necessary
- Assess and manage risks associated with products including mortality risk, interest rate risk, and other financial risks
- Analyze and report on the financial performance of products to senior management
3. Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure that all products comply with relevant laws and regulations especially in terms of pricing and benefit structures
