This is a groundbreaking opportunity to lead and innovate in a product management role that directly impacts our high-volume manufacturing and engineering processes. You'll be at the forefront of technical advancements, working with modern technologies to drive flawless performance and outstanding product development.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver technical and sustaining engineering assistance in a manufacturing environment.
• Suggest and carry out equipment and process adjustments to boost production efficiencies.
• Develop and conduct statistical analysis such as Building of Experiments (BOE) and Statistical Process Control (SPC).
• Target physical causes of failure for yield loss and improve quality.
• Interact with product design and development personnel to ensure compatibility of processes and builds.
• Successfully implement world-class manufacturing techniques and new product introductions (NPI).

Qualifications

• Demonstrated background in product management, particularly within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of engineering support within a production environment.
• Expertise in statistical analysis and quality improvement methodologies.
• Ability to suggest and implement equipment and process modifications.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work closely with build and development teams.
• A track record of achieving ambitious goals and improving production yields.
