- Pre-Sales Technical Support: Deeply understand client needs (spanning diverse fields such as materials science, life sciences, geology/archaeology, and electronics manufacturing) to provide expert technical consultation. Design and demonstrate customized micro-CT solutions that precisely address client pain points, facilitating business acquisition and project success.
- Post-Sales Application Support: Conduct comprehensive client training to ensure optimal utilization of equipment. Deliver timely, professional technical troubleshooting and remote/on-site application support. Build long-term client trust and enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Market Development & Solution Innovation: Proactively conduct market research based on our product portfolio's technical strengths to identify and develop new application fields and market directions. Spearhead the creation of innovative application solutions for novel scenarios and unmet needs. Develop technical whitepapers, case studies, and promotional materials.
- Technical Enablement & Knowledge Management: Gather and analyze frontline application feedback to inform product iteration and R&D. Serve as an internal technical knowledge hub, providing ongoing product and application training to sales and marketing teams to elevate the overall technical competency of the organization.
Master’s degree or above in material science, semiconductor and electronics related descipline. Minimum 3 years of marketing experience or pre-sales technical support mixed experience, CT/FIBSEM experience is a plus
Solid understanding of micro-CT / X-ray 3D imaging principles, operation, image processing, and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to clients and colleagues with diverse backgrounds.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for tackling complex application challenges.
- Exceptional learning agility and innovative mindset, with a keen curiosity and enthusiasm for new knowledge and domains.
- Prior experience in a customer-facing technical support, applications scientist, or related R&D role is preferred
