• Elevating the design and architecture of our systems to new heights of stability and performance.
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to navigate existing platform constraints and dependencies, ensuring seamless integration.
• Engaging with business teams, product teams, and partners to understand their needs and translate them into innovative tech solutions that support complex use cases.
• Harnessing the power of data analysis to uncover hidden insights and drive continuous innovation within our product offerings.
• Managing and nurturing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and exceed expectations at every turn.

• Proven experience in Python or Java, ready to hit the ground running and make an impact from day one.
• Exceptional communication skills and a knack for working collaboratively within diverse teams to achieve common goals.
• A highly analytical and data-driven mindset, capable of wrangling large and complex datasets to derive actionable insights.
• Expertise in at least one of the following areas: backend development, large-scale systems, data science, or data pipelines.
