POSITION SUMMARY
The Title Service Representative II is a production-based position and responsible for the following:

Relocation: Processes customer service requests and relocation requests. Responsible for handling calls from DMVS, dealers, and customers

Death claims: Responsible for handling incoming calls from customers, DMVs, or the agents of the client.

Responsibilities:

  • Process vehicle title relocation requests, including verifying documentation and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Review, analyze, and prepare necessary paperwork for vehicle title transfers, including bills of sale, release of lien documents, and identification verification.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, dealerships, and government entities to gather required information and clarify the title transfer process.
  • Maintain accurate records of all title transactions and updates within the company's database.
  • Assist customers in understanding the requirements for relocating vehicle titles, providing guidance on state-specific regulations as needed.
  • Resolve discrepancies or issues related to title documentation in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Keep up to date with changes in vehicle title laws and regulations at the local, state, and federal levels.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer service experiences.
  • Handle inquiries and provide support related to vehicle title relocations and general titling question


Qualifications:

Education/Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).  Experience with vehicle titles, DMV’s or auto dealers preferred.  Accurate keyboarding skills & ability to work independently.

Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.  Analytical ability.  Ability to work independently.

Computer Skills:
AS/400, Must be able to type 40-45WPM
