What You'll Bring:

  • 7+ years' experience providing administrative support to C-level executives and advanced knowledge of Outlook, Teams, Zoom, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel required.  

  • Experience handling highly sensitive information with integrity and maintain a high level of confidentiality. 

  • Exceptional organizational abilities and strong documentation skills, coordinating a wide range of projects and tasks effectively. 

  • Quick adaptation to change and experience in an extremely faced-paced environment, exercising independent judgement. 

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong composition abilities for drafting emails, reports, and other documents. Analytical and strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills, experienced in developing and managing complex schedules, and proficient in mathematics for report compilation. 

  • Effective interaction with both on-site and remote staff, building strong relationships and navigating complex, matrixed enterprise and/or consulting environments, and working with sales teams is a plus. 

  • Flexibility to work across time zones and respond to business needs, including participating in meetings and responding to email communications outside of normal working hours. 

  • High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor’s degree preferred. 

Impact You'll Make:

  • Support the President of US Markets and Consumer Interactive. 

  • Ensure the most efficient use of the executive’s time by prioritizing daily workflow and managing contacts, enabling the executive to focus on strategic initiatives. 

  • Anticipate and prepare the executive’s daily schedule, prioritizing meetings and tasks, and scheduling appointments independently without prior clearance. 

  • Arrange complex and detailed travel plans and itineraries, compiling necessary documents for travel-related meetings. 

  • Prepare the executive’s weekly expense reports and reconcile corporate credit card accounts promptly and accurately. 

  • Initiate, establish, and communicate department meetings on behalf of the executive. Prepare agendas, ensure meetings progress according to schedule, and follow up on action items. 

  • Collect and prepare information for discussions and meetings with staff and external individuals. Organize, prioritize, and summarize incoming materials and special requests, and follow up on projects assigned by the executive. 

  • Anticipate and compile materials for conferences and meetings independently, handling highly confidential and critical details with discretion. 

  • Manage administrative and operational duties associated with executive’s area of responsibility, providing direction to administrative staff as needed. 

  • Review materials accuracy, format, procedural conformance, and internal consistency.  Ensure proper approvals are obtained before releasing correspondence. 

  • Prepare special reports and respond to inquiries by selecting relevant information from various sources, including reports, documents, and correspondence. 

  • In the executive's absence, coordinate timely communication of requests, issues, and action items to the appropriate managers. 

  • Organize, prepare, and review departmental and executive management reports, and prepare presentations to the Executive Management and Board of Directors. 

  • Gather, prepare, review and maintain documents related to department budget and staff administration. 

  • Gather and analyze relevant data from various sources, including system-generated reports and computer systems, to prepare detailed reports. 

  • Travel domestically and internationally to support leadership meetings, on average, quarterly. 

  • Perform other related duties as assigned to support the executive and department operations. 

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
