We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Go-To-Market (GTM) Project Coordinator to support our global GTM initiatives. This role will be instrumental in coordinating cross-functional product and campaign launches, support ongoing projects, while also owning the development and upkeep of a centralized GTM knowledge base using Atlassian Confluence.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with Confluence, and thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments where documentation, alignment, and process matter.

 What you’ll be doing:

• Coordinate and manage GTM launch plans, timelines, and cross-functional deliverables.
• Own the creation, organization, and maintenance of a GTM team wiki on Confluence, ensuring it's up-to-date, structured, and accessible.
• Create and manage Jira boards and workflows to track tasks and project progress.
• Create and manage ClickUp tasks and projects.
• Facilitate regular stand-ups, status meetings, and retrospectives with GTM stakeholders.
• Drive clear communication across marketing, sales, product, and regional teams.

• Identify project risks, blockers, and areas for process improvement.
• Standardize documentation templates, checklists, and launch playbooks.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in project coordination, GTM operations, or marketing/sales project management.
• Proven hands-on experience with Atlassian Confluence and Jira (required).
• Experience using ClickUp (or similar tools like Notion, Asana, Workday).
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to create comprehensive process documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working with globally distributed teams is a plus.
• Background in SaaS, tech, or B2B product marketing environments.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Experience building documentation systems, internal wikis, or knowledge hubs.
