Thrive in a fast-paced environment where you'll play a key role in filling all 150 hotels in our portfolio. Partner with hotel teams to follow up on leads, offering expert advice and converting them into bookings that boost occupancy.

80% of your day will be spent directly interacting with customers, ensuring their experience is welcoming, memorable, and exceeds expectations. You'll play a vital role in upholding Drury's high standards of service and hospitality while maximizing revenue.

Job Duties:

  • Quickly turn leads into opportunities through prompt follow-up and compelling cold outreach methods.
  • Discover potential new business from sales leads provided and capitalize on growth opportunities.
  • Ensure accuracy in all quotes by adhering to account and rate guidelines, while seeking approval for any exceptions.
  • Record sales calls with precision and efficiency.
  • Identify key target accounts and develop customized strategies, using your understanding of competitors to achieve success.
  • Expand our reach by cross-selling our diverse hotel portfolio, unlocking more stays with Drury.
  • Work closely with our internal teams to efficiently secure accounts in collaborative efforts.

Qualifications:

  • College degree preferred in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 
  • Minimum 3 years experience in driving sales through lead prospecting and account acquisition
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and possess exceptional organizational skills.
