As the Identity and Access Management (IAM) Team Lead you will be hands-on implementing best practice IAM solutions and supporting and developing an Identity team to ensure business and technical service requirements are correctly interpreted and implemented to enable seamless and secure user experiences.
This is a full-time permanent role.
What will you be doing?
- Providing technical leadership and guidance to IT operations teams and business stakeholders and external parties, coordinating project delivery and service transition.
- Enhancing the availability and reliability of directory and identity management systems to mitigate operational risks.
- Developing and automating solutions such as birthright access and improving SSO in our suite of applications across the organisation.
- Advise on projects and solutions RAC will need into the future
- Working effectively within cross-functional teams to execute IT operations, cyber, and incident management processes.
- Assessing and validating system and solution designs to support IT service transition and management processes.
- Building and maintaining strong, effective working relationships with key stakeholders to support business objectives.
What are we looking for in you?
- As a team lead, designing and configuring Identity and User Access Management platforms, with expertise in Entra, Active Directory & Azure AD, Azure MFA, Office 365, mail filtering solutions, and file storage.
- Proven experience in technical and hybrid cloud environments (e.g., Azure, AWS, Oracle Cloud) and Microsoft configuration management, including Active Directory, Federation Services, O365, Exchange Online, and Azure services; and experience as a software engineer or architect is highly desirable.
- Advanced working knowledge of operating system protocols, platform services, and system design; proven ability to implement automation and orchestration solutions; strong understanding of ITIL and DevOps processes and relevant service operations tools such as Jira.
- Action-oriented with high energy and enthusiasm; effective collaborator and communicator, capable of building partnerships and delivering clear, tailored communications to diverse audiences.
- Skilled in planning and prioritising work to align with organisational goals; adaptable to changing situations and demands.
- You have a vision of how IAM can be done to best suit an organisation.
- Expert in analysis, problem-solving, and troubleshooting; strong ability to support service delivery and coordinate IT work packages; ability to operate effectively in a values-based organisation and role model desired behaviours.
