Job Summary

Hulu’s Product team is responsible for building the Hulu app experience to engage, retain, and delight our 50M+ viewers. Our team is highly focused on delivering where Hulu’s strengths meet our opportunities: engaging content discovery experiences backed by flexible capabilities and providing user choice and control for our subscribers. We succeed when we simultaneously make our viewers happy while also meeting myriad business goals and objectives. We are seeking a strong Sr. Product Manager to champion & deliver impactful content discovery and user choice features across the Hulu experience.

Responsibilities

  • Drive critical features for our product, specifically focused on content discovery, user choice and customization, from concept to successful delivery and into its daily usage
  • Leverage analytics and insights to propose, develop, and launch highly-effective product features impacting key success metrics
  • Identify opportunities to optimize the Hulu experience and create experimentation plans to support those decisions with data
  • Collaborate with cross functional product peers, engineering, and design to successfully realize the release, management and experimentation over product features you lead
  • Contribute to prioritizing and driving alignment for a varied product roadmap across a diverse set of stakeholders including product partners, ads, engineering, design, commerce, legal, finance, and operations
  • Track the health of your product domains to the team-set OKRs and KPIs, and understand changes in behavior/data

  • Experience with launching engaging, user-centric features in a direct-to-consumer business and building solutions that map fully from end-to-end. Equally comfortable discussing internal tools and APIs as consumer-facing features
  • Demonstrated ability to define requirements, discuss technical concepts with engineering teams, and understand architectural and technical implications.
  • Comfortable with shifting focus and adapting to changing priorities while continuing to move projects forward
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to develop successful cross-functional relationships
  • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to drive clarity through all levels of the organization
  • A sense of humor and a love for TV!

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with the streaming video domain
  • Experience in A/B experimentation, testing tools, and analytics
  • Worked in organizations with agile software development practices and latest industry methodologies
